CANCELLATION POLICY – PLEASE READ

This event is non-refundable. If cancelled for any reason, a credit will be issued and can be used in the future on other cruises.

Due to time constrictions, trips cannot be held for late parties.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded due to the guaranteed spot for the event.

Activity takes place rain or shine.

The activity runs in most weather conditions. In the rare situation where
the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed
to reschedule to another time (subject to availability).

All participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to the start of
the tour. For participants under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian will
have to sign on their behalf.

If you have not checked in 30 minutes prior to your trip, your reservation may be sold at our discretion.
